Each item in our store is individually made to order by hand in Linwood, Michigan. Because of the care that is put into each item, please allow roughly 7-14 business days for your order to be created and shipped. During peak ordering seasons, turnaround times may increase. We do our best to get orders out to you as soon as possible.
Should you need your item by a specific date, please contact prior to ordering for rush fees + accommodations.
USA: All orders ship USPS First-Class, tracking included, unless otherwise specified, and usually arrive in 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for USPS delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders ship USPS First-Class International, tracking included, unless otherwise specified, and usually arrive in 7-18 business days. Guaranteed delivery dates vary by country due to customs. We are not responsible for individual country fees, duties, and taxes.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you have a question about delivery or other tracking issues, or would like to insure your package prior to it being sent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will gladly accept order cancellations up to 3 days after an order is submitted. Because our products are individually made to order, returns outside of this timeframe are not accepted.
Order the wrong size? Exchanges are accepted if contacted within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for a $5.00 restocking fee + return shipping costs. If items are returned in a worn condition, exchange will be forfeited and items returned to you in their original condition.
Discounts and sales apply to new purchases only. Previous orders received before or after a sale will not receive a price match or discount. We will not cover the cost of shipping to return an item and repurchase it at a lower price.
