I haven't received an update on my order. When can I expect it to ship?

Each item in our store is individually made to order by hand in Linwood, Michigan. Because of the care that is put into each item, please allow roughly 7-14 business days for your order to be created and shipped. During peak ordering seasons, turnaround times may increase. We do our best to get orders out to you as soon as possible. 

Should you need your item by a specific date, please contact prior to ordering for rush fees + accommodations.  

Please note, shipping time is not included in the 7-14 day business time turnaround. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout and do NOT shorten the time needed to create your order. 

How long will it take for me to receive my item once it has shipped?

All orders ship USPS First-Class, tracking included, unless otherwise specified, and usually arrive in 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

All international orders ship USPS First-Class International, tracking included, unless otherwise specified, and usually arrive in 7-18 business days. Guaranteed delivery dates vary by country due to customs.

Please note, shipping upgrades do NOT shorten the time needed to create your order. 

I need my order by a certain date. Do you take rush orders?

Rush orders are available for an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order for current availability. 

I changed my mind about my order. Can I cancel it?

We will gladly accept order cancellations up to 3 days after an order is submitted. Because our products are individually made to order, returns outside of this timeframe are not accepted.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Exchanges are accepted if contacted within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for a $7.00 restocking fee + return shipping costs. If items are returned in a worn condition, exchange will be forfeited and items returned to you in their original condition.  

My hardware on my current collar has worn down over time. Can I send it back for a replacement?

We are excited to now offer a recycling program for our collars! You can now send back any worn down items and receive a $15 credit toward a new collar purchase. If you would like to exchange the current hardware on your collar, please contact us for an inquiry! 

Do you make custom items?

While we do not take custom orders referring to fabric pattern or type, we ARE happy to accommodate special sizing, hardware requests or styles if at all possible. Please reach out to us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

Can you help me with a hardware choice or sizing?

Of course! You can learn more about our hardware options here and sizing options for collars and bandanas here. Still unsure which size will fit your pup best? Feel free to leave exact neck measurements at checkout and/or reach out to us prior to placing your order for the best sizing recommendation! 

How should I care for my collar or bandana?

It is recommended that any bandanas are hand washed in cold water and then hung to dry. Canvas bandanas and collars can be lightly scrubbed with a gentle detergent and then rinsed and hung to dry. Lightly iron bandanas if needed. We also recommend re-coating your canvas items with our available waterproofing spray to keep the material protected, dirt out, and colors vibrant. 

Will my collar be safe when used in saltwater? 

While we do use stainless steel hardware whenever possible on our gear, we still recommend washing your items as soon as possible after being worn in saltwater. Rubbing metal from tags and leashes can cause rusting, even on stainless steel, if not properly cared for! 

Do you offer wholesale orders?

We do take a limited amount of wholesale orders each year. Please contact us at hello@wildwearpets.com for pricing and turnaround time information. 

How can I become an ambassador for your brand?

We're always looking for new faces to help show off our gear. Think you have what it takes? Send us a message using this form! 

To be considered, accounts must be active and have access to adventurous, professional level photography. Representatives must commit to regularly sharing photos and promoting our gear during the modeling term.  

Submissions are reviewed when new collections are launched and new representatives will be contacted at that time. Please submit your entry only once! We do not accept Instagram submissions or emails sent outside of this form.
